Trial Accounts:

Signing up to and related domains is free; no credit card is required for the trial accounts. ‍Users with a trial account can create documents from scratch and have access to features and functions for a limited period of time (30 days currently).

Cancellations: ‍

You can cancel your paid subscription by sending us an email at [email protected]. Doing so will stop recurrent payments, and the subscription will remain active until the next renewal date. After canceling your subscription, all created documents will remain accessible in the account.

Refunds: ‍

Your refund request is eligible for review if you cancel within 30 Days of the initial purchase of your paid subscription plan, and it is required not to have used any sharing or exporting features. Customers in the European Union are eligible to cancel and request a refund within 14 days of the purchase. Renewals are not refundable. Enterprise plans do not qualify for refund requests. ‍Account removal: If you want your KeepMyAccount account to be deleted, send your request via email to [email protected]. It can take up to 24hrs for the account to be completely removed.
