To add extra amenities for your rooms, you need to use the HMS module in your hotel management software. The HMS module allows you to manage your room inventory, rates, reservations, and more. Here are the steps to add extra amenities using the HMS module:
– Go to the Amenities tab in the HMS module. You can find it under HMS module > Amenities in the main menu.
– Click the Add button on the top right corner of the screen. This will open a pop-up window where you can enter the details of the new amenity.
– Enter the name of the amenity and a brief description. For example, you can name it “AC” and write “Air conditioning unit with remote control”.
– Click Save to add the amenity to your list. You can see it in the Amenities tab along with other existing amenities.
– Repeat these steps for any other amenities you want to add for your rooms.
You can also edit or delete any amenity from the list by clicking on the corresponding icons next to each amenity. Once you have added all the amenities you want, you can assign them to different room types in the next step.
