Salesman commission slab – based on amount #
This commission method is suitable for setting sales goals based on the amount of revenue generated. The commission rate is expressed as a percentage of the sales amount and varies according to different ranges.
For example:
For sales between 1 and 1000 rupees, the commission rate is 8%.
For sales between 1001 and 2000 rupees, the commission rate is 10%.
For sales between 2001 and 3000 rupees, the commission rate is 15%, and so on.
To configure the salesman commission slab based on amount, follow these steps:
1. Go to HRM>> Sales Target >> Select Set Sales Target Button for the desired salesman.
2. In the Total Sales Amount from and Total sale Amount to fields, enter the lower and upper limits of the sales range.
3. In the Commission perc field, enter the percentage of commission for that range.
4. Click Submit to save the changes.
